Title: It snowed today
Post by: Chairman Bill on February 28, 2017, 05:07:29 pm: We've not had much snow down here in the south west of the UK, but today ...

Post by: Tony Jay on February 28, 2017, 06:11:55 pm: Both wonderful compositions, but, wow, that light!
The result - two images that transcend mere composition and light.
I don't believe either image should be compared directly - they are too different to be meaningfully put side-by-side.
Either, or both, would not be out of place in a publication like "This England" - I am not even sure if it even exists anymore!

Congratulations

Especially the second one, which I think might also work quite well as a nice contrasty mono.

Good seeing and shooting Bill.
