However, it still doesn't work for me.  I notice I've had a number of replies in the past hour to a thread I initiated yesterday, with none of the many other replies since then evincing any email notification to.  A feature that previously has worked fine for me.

After I posted that test message above three days ago, I have not received a notification. The same on another tread where someone else posted a reply after I subscribed for notification. So it seems that this malfunctioning is fairly recent, as I was getting notifications regularly up to I'd say a week or so ago.
