Cheep LCD monitor display recommendation

I would start using the 20 cinema display on a powerbook and I need to buy 2  LCD monitors a cheep 17-19"  one for a mac min and the second one a DELL Ultra-Sharp 2005FPW 20.1-inch Wide Aspect  for a second powerbook..  are dell apple compatible?

 What recommendations would you suggest?
