EOS Capture question
« on: January 31, 2006, 04:44:43 pm »

After 5 years with my D1x I've jumped over to the 1Ds Mark II.  I need to shoot hundreds of RAW shots next week, tethered to my Powerbook, and I need to individually enter the filenames for each and every capture, quickly and efficiently.  I don't see a way in the EOS capture software to manually add the filenames as I go...  I'm probably just missing something ... though I am able to have PS2's Bridge open and do it in the Bridge, as a work around.

I'll process them all out to TIFFs back in the hotel at night and copy them off to an external drive, but while I'm there, I need to enter the filenames.  Isn't this possible with Canon's sofware?

You're a person of few word
Do  you mean that this is possible on their PC software but not the MAC software?
