I'm not sure the light is dynamic, but the water and composition are. I like it and might even like it more in B&W. There is the possibility of some rich tones and textures adding to the dynamism.

Gorgeous!
But, like Terry, I'd like to see a B&W treatment.

Perfect exposure and composition… I would like to see a B&W version too.

I don't think B&W will do this image justice.  I enjoy the lines and shape this creates.  The frothiness that the hint of blue suggests might be lost in the conversion, and the lines of the shape created by the wave might be obscured by removing the yellow ocher color created by the reflection.  The color is subtle anyway, it's practically already a B&W, but I think the color is adding here, not taking away.

Thanks much for the comments.
I had a first pass at a B&W version.  I don't think it is there yet but here it is.

Very good work. I prefer the colour version, there is an extra richness coming from the warmth of the golden tones.

I agree. So far, the colour wins.

I agree too [color photo wins] but I'm glad to have both versions to compare.

I don;t think there is much benefit to B&W - the photo is almost monotone as it is and the tones add a bit of visual depth to it. The shutter speed is just about right with enough detail to show the movement of individual droplets and add dynamism to the composition.
