thinner glossy/semi glossy paper options
« on: March 31, 2015, 12:00:40 pm »

Hi folks, for the first time in my life I'm searching for a thinner paper. I'm working on a small batch promotion where I've got under 30 places I want to send a new flier each month. I don't really want anything from fedex/kinkos and I've got this big fancy printer sitting here. Can someone point me to a paper that feels less like a photo paper and more like a nice glossy brochure paper but still reproduces photos brilliantly? I don't care at all about longevity, these are promo pieces to look brilliant and be tossed.
p.s. needs to be a roll paper 10, 13 or 17" preferable.
thanks!

maybe a proofing paper like the Epson Standard which is semi-matte and 2 different weights (205 and 240) or something in the Epson 'Photo Paper' series which offers some thin ones.
