The Grand Canyon of PA & the Brandywine Valley

Planning a two week trip through the above places and wondered if anyone has shot in these PA areas. Trying to find good locations w/o local or previous visits to a place means a lot of initial searching. Any thoughts would be most appreciated as the area is hilly, small roadways, valleys, waterfalls, snakes and bears!

Do you ride bicycles? If so, you can rent bikes at a shop just off the upper end of the gorge and then ride into the gorge on the Pine Creek Trail. You could do an out and back or arrange for the shop to shuttle you back.  It's beautiful down in the gorge along Pine Creek and you would have a chance to take photos of Rattlesnake Rock.  :-)
