ALL SOLD

, my Sony SLT-a99 camera system.  I bought the body, 16-35, 70-300, and the Tamron lenses used; the 24-70, flash, and remote switch were new.  I accept cashiers' checks and MOs but prefer PayPal for its speed and for-whatever-they're-worth safeguards (and will absorb fee).  All prices plus shipping, method and carrier of your choice, but it has to be fully insured; I prefer FedEx.  I'll accept your personal check drawn on a US-bank, too, but I'll wait 5 business days to ship.  Check my excellent feedback under the same name, jeffreybehr, on eBay.

I used this camera for about three months last year in my passage from a Canon 6D to Sony a7R to this a99 to a Samsung NX1 and back to Canon, this time a 5D3.  I was very pleased with the overall results, but with its F2.8 lenses, the entire system proved too heavy for this 71-year-old, somewhat-chubby fellow.

PLEASE use e-mail to respond...jeffreybehr(at)cox(dot)net.

Will soon be adding Sony 70-300 and 20/2.8 lenses and HVL-H60M flash unit, Tamron SP 24-135/3.5-5.6 Macro and SP Di 90mm/2.8 MACRO lenses, all priced to sell.

1. Body system includes the bare body itself; body cap; an RRS convertible 2-piece L-bracket/bottom plate; four batteries, 2 Sonys and 2 aftermarkets; two battery chargers, one Sony for 120VAC and one Halycon powered by 120VAC or 12VDC (with auto-power-outlet cable); original user's manuals, one in English and one in French and Spanish [I think; I'm foreign-language illiterate]); software disc; unused original neck strap; a small (c. 1" on all sides) black cube that slides into the hotshoe and is still in its factory bag; a Sony RM-VPR1 remote shutter and lens-zoom switch with cable and clamp; a Sony RMT-DSLR1 wireless remote control; and original carton and packing.   Everything that I used works (but I didn't use the RMT remote control).  It's fully functional, in very good condition, and has only very few light marks on the rear screen.  With all the extras, price is $1200.

2. Zeiss Sony 16-35/2.8 lens, model SAL1635Z, in at-least-very good condition.  Includes original front and rear caps, hood, and Sony-labeled bag.  Excellent condition but the rubber focus and zoom rings are starting to turn gray.  $1100.

3. Zeiss Sony 24-70/2.8 lens, model SAL2470Z, in excellent condition.  Includes original front and rear caps, Sony-labeled bag, all original carton and packing.  Purchased new in September, 2014 and in excellent condition.  $1100.

Next for sale are four lenses and a flash unit.  See terms of sale in the first post.

1. Sony G-series 70-300 F4.5-5.6 SSM.  See http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/Sony-AF-70-300mm-F4.5-5.6-G-SSM_lens439.html for more details.  I bought this used from B&H last summer.  It worked just finely and was a great-for-me compromise between optical quality--which was very good--and weight which is LOTS less than that of faster lenses.  This copy is as perfect as I've ever seen a used lens, with but one tiny mark on it.  Includes original front and rear caps, hood, carton, and user manual but not bag.  The prices at B&H are $998 new or $730 (in '9+' condition, which this one, too is).  My price is $650.

2. Sony 20mm F2.8.  See http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/Sony-AF-20mm-F2.8_lens302.html for more info.  This one is indeed used.  The glass is perfect, but the body has seen some use but is fully functional.  Includes Sony front and rear caps but no hood.  Prices at B&H are $748 new or $580 in condition 9.  Mine's only $500.

3. Sony HVL-F60M flash unit, purchased new from B&H.  See http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/898312-REG/Sony_HVL_F60M_External_Flash.html for details.  Includes original pouch, foot, diffuser, colored panel for LED-light, user manual, carton.  Excellent condition.  $548 at B&H; mine only $275.

4.  Tamron SP 24-135/3.5-5.6 AF Aspherical AD MACRO, model 190D.  See http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/Tamron-SP-AF-24-135mm-F3.5-5.6--AD-Aspherical-IF-Macro_lens106.html for details.  This worked very well as a relatively high-zoom-ratio walkabout lens.  Is used but in at-least-good condition and is fully functional.  Glass is perfect.  Includes front and rear caps, original hood, and Kenko MC UV filter.  Only $140.

5. Tamron SP AF Di 90mm F2.8 MACRO lens, model 272E.  See http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/Tamron-SP-AF-90mm-F2.8-Di_lens117.html for details.  This is in at-least-very-good condition--glass is perfect and body is almost perfect.  This is one SHARP lens!  Includes original hood, rear cap, and pouch and aftermarket front caps (2).  Prices at B&H are $499 new and $399 used; mine's only $325.
