It includes the original box, leather case, lens cap, all packing materials and paperwork, and a Leica UV filter. The Viewfinder Magnifier M also includes the box, packing materials, paperwork, and leather case.
It is 6-bit coded for the modern Leica cameras
I always use the filter and almost never removed it, so the front of this lens has always been fully protected and almost never touched or cleaned.
It has some signs of use, such as marks on the outer front edge of the lens hood, but overall, this is a lens in excellent condition. The focus is smooth, the glass is clean.

The viewfinder magnifier is a great companion to this lens. It allows one to focus more accurately, and still allows one to see beyond the frame lines. I love using this magnifier with this lens. The rubber eyeglass protector on the magnifier is a touch stretched in 2 places, but it is minor, and does not cause any issues.
