I like the clouds and the light but, at least on my display, there's a green cast that I don't find too appealing.

Indeed, fine image, but I also see the green tint. Odd.

I also see the green tint. Infilling a little yellow to the burnout area would be beneficial. A nice sky but without a foreground and a focal point then the image less appealing.

Yes, green tint too on my screen.

With my old Fuji the phenomenom was the same, yellow tint shift.

You can fix it in Lightroom or PS, simply drag the yellow tint cursor oposite to the green.

But sometimes you have to shift the tint too much, which create other color problems.
