LuLa is an interesting place frequented by all kinds but primarily people who share a love of photography and they collectively have excellent taste. It's nice to run across somebody who can both shoot and write!

 Thank you Jeff!!  Yes, he did warn me :-) Strangely this second article has generated an even larger response and the feedback from the Luminous crowd and been extremely kind and generous. This time, I'm a bit more prepared for the Luminous landslide :-)

Well, I don't know either person, but my impression is that Valerie and Peter Lik could not be more different. It is my feeling (maybe unjustified) that Lik is cynically commercial, whereas Valerie follows her heart. I know who I admire more.
