Mt Peale Peekaboo

From The Neck in Canyonlands NP looking NE I believe. Blended from two exposures, one for sky, one for land; does that make it a sklandscape?  ;D
Yes, I know I misspelled it in the filename.

Lovely shot. David pardon my profound lack of knowledge of American geography but is that a snow capped mountain peeking out of the clouds?

Thanks, Ken. It is. Mount Peale in the La Sal Mountain Range, 50 km or so ENE from Moab Utah. Something around 4K meters high.

Nice image, with lots of detail and the vastness of the classic American landscape. To me, the foreground seems not very well composed, some shrubs are cut, a bit "confused" compared to the rest of the image, which is cleaner and more compelling.
