A 100mm F2 would be unwieldy, but I'd go to the gym so I could use it.

Not really, Hasselblad has one, and is very light.  And H5D and a 100mm f2.2 is a very light handheld friendly combination.
The move from a  2 to a 2.2 should increase the height but not to the gym level  :)

What should I say with my 150mm/1.6 that I adapted to my 645Z?

I guess I have enough lenses and I shouldn't really care what Pentax does with their lens line-up, but I guess if they keep going like this even the 645Z will go the way of Ricoh's earlier systems from film era years:  great cameras, very sharp lenses, but nothing special.
