epson 3880 crop images

hi all
I print on custom paper size 43x61cm on lr5 and windows 8
the put the printout is cropped ?
What's wrong

First step is to make sure the output size matches the paper size in the Epson driver dialog (it's under the second tab).  This has tripped me up in the past using custom sizes.  Sometimes the "same as paper size" option doesn't seem to work.

Double check the width and length aren't transposed in your custom paper setup. Width is paper width not print width and the picture of the output looks like what happens if you do this. It appears from the dialog they may be right but can't see your actual custom paper setup screen.

In which dimension is it "cropped"? Does it stop printing before it reaches the end of the print, or does it not print the full width?

the paper size is ~43x61cm and the image is 60.5x40.5cm
it print as the right of the image isn't exist at all
the output is 60.5x23cm
SO!! from 23 to 40.5 is cropped
