I'm really trying to make an effort to switch to RAW for most all of my shooting (other than action stuffs)  any ideas on extremely helpful books or websites?

Real World Camera Raw with Adobe Photooshop CS by Bruce Fraser.

http://ronbigelow.com/articles/articles.htm (bottom of the page) has some decent material as well...

I've read both Real World Camera RAW and The Art of RAW Conversion, and prefered the first one.  Not cheap, but worth it.
