Pixel Genius serial number problem

I bought new copies of PK Sharpener, PK Color, and PK, for my new Mac Pro, running 10.10.1.  I have all these products on other machines with earlier operating systems.

When I downloaded and installed and entered the serial numbers, I was told to "enter the numbers exactly as shown....etc.".  I did this repeatedly, until I got the message that the serial number was wrong.   But I correctly entered was what was sent.  Only 1 of the three serial numbers (for Photokit, but not for the other two) was accepted to activate.

I've sent a message to Pixel Genius, but if anyone else has had this problem and knows a solution, I'd be grateful.

Problem solved, though I don't know how.  Repeated rebooting and then entering serial numbers finally worked.
