I really like this image.  Well done.  My only nit to pick is the diagonal tree rising out of the pool.  It tends to draw my attention up and to the left.  I know you couldn't remove it and eliminating it would have meant losing the wonderful foreground.

 Hi Richard, I'm with Dave on this, the tree is a necessary visual evil, I might even try my hand at PSing it just to see how it would turn out. Great shot nonetheless!!
