Peavine Falls
« on: December 28, 2014, 11:34:20 pm »

For the past couple days, it has been raining heavily in my area, so I knew that this waterfall would be at its maximum flow. My main concern with this image is the blur of the water. I feel like I have blurred it too much, especially the waterfall, but I am uncertain. Any comments or critiques are appreciated.

Right for me.

If it was longer, the river's current would have been attenuated too much.

Here we "see" it.

Have a Nice Day.

Looks great in black and white

To me the velocity of the water flow is very well preserved - the adjective "torrent" definitely springs to mind.
A very nicely captured image and the B&W treatment brings out the winter starkness and gloomy light conditions very well.
My critical contribution would be to suggest that congratulations are in order!
