The lines are from an image of where the sky meets the ocean. Having practiced yoga for many years as a young man (Iyanger), I liked seeing the group practice on sand, near the sea, and reaching for the sky. The yogis in this group are of varying degrees of skill. And, this was a great opportunity to test out a new lens.

What a fun piece.
I'm not trying to diminish the skill that went into it (there's lots) but it's an image that brings me a beaming smile.

I am glad folks see this as a lyrical image. I t was an awful pain to build, but the 26 X 18 print looks nice. I don't think my wife is crazy about it though.
