I like the sky and movement in the water, but find the balance too mauch on the cool side.

I like it a lot. The slow [but not too slow] exposure gives a good sense of the water flow on the foreground rocks.

I love the water in the foreground and the framing. Golden hour light would really put this photo over the top.

The settings were:
ISO 100
14mm @   F22
1/3sec

Shot with a Fuji X-E1.

Unfortunately we were on holiday and I couldn't get back to shoot at sunrise/sunset so just had to do with what I could get during the day.
