Beautiful set but my favorite in #2. The shorter exposure gives a sense of flow in the water and it's a good complement to the dramatic sky. Image #1 is a bit more static, in my opinion.

Initially, #1. Beautifully composed with the sweep of rocks and I appreciate the long exposure smoothing out the water.

But... On closer and longer inspection, #2 rises to the top. With s slower shutter speed, there are now lots of details in the moving, swirling water - details that give the photograph longevity.

Wonderful photographs made at beautiful time of day. Nicely done, Dan. Thanks for sharing.

#2. The shutter speed gives a nicely-judged combination of blur and detail, which gives it the edge over #1. Good work!

2nd too, but with a slightly lighter sky.

In this case, I prefer the "not smoothed" see.

Another vote for #2, although I was quite charmed by the first, before I saw the second.

I like the ocean bottom in 2, but prefer the big rocks in 3, and the sky in 1...

Yes it is #2 for me as well, and if you don't mind, I would suggest a small crop to the bottom of the image to really emphasise the lead-in line that the rocks make pointing towards the centre of the sunset.

Don't like it, Dave. The bottom might (might) be OK, but for me the left is now too tight.

I prefer the first one because of the smoothness. Overall, I like the idea and composition, but I would like to see more detail in the shadows and sky.
