How to view Sony A7II images?

Just bought a Sony A7II...Capture One (Sony) and Lightroom do not recognize the raw files.  How do I get the files off my card and into the computer so I can view them?  Michael seems to have done it because he displays images in his review.

The Lightroom 5.7.1 version update now available for download comes with support for the new Sony A7II.
