Looking for USB 3.0 Internal Card Reader with Audio Ports.

Anyone know where to find a 5.25" or 3.5" internal USB 3.0 card reader that also has headphone audio jack?  Unfortunately, everything I find that has audio ports also has USB 3.0 ports, but the card reader runs on the USB 2.0 header.
