I can't give much help on the junction but having visited Dubai without a proper camera (long, sad story), I feel duty bound to set expectations. You have to live there, to get that kind of photo. Even if you do live there, it's a once or twice in a lifetime shot
. Now, good views of the world's tallest building, that are perhaps a bit different, can be had from around the Radisson Blu. The hotel also has an outside bar, a few floors up, with vantage points to use a beer glass as a makeshift tripod.
