Very nice, Miles. Did we push the color saturation a bit on these?

All three images are very nice but I feel like saturation is way beyond my comfort zone. My favorite is “3 with #3 not far behind. The first one is not as pleasant, you might have tried to put too many elements in the frame. It looks like you couldn't get enough distance (which is often the case in old buildings like St-Emillion).

RFL & Francois, many thanks for taking the time to comment. Interesting that you have both mentioned saturation. These pictures, as with all of mine, were taken late in the afternoon when the sun was low and light was very saturated. Also all my images are shot as stitches, so I am using longer focal lengths than many are used to with digital, gathering more light and are 'brighter' because of this. Would you say that my images are generally too saturated on the website ? Perhaps unfortunately, when it comes to shooting monuments for national institutions, ultra subtlety in colour is rarely received with enthusiasm !

Appreciate your comments.
