The upper Gunpowder River is Baltimore's only native trout stream, with native brown and stocked rainbow and brook trout. Even in November there are plenty of people flyfishing. This gentleman remained in this spot for the entire time I was there (maybe 2 hours). Can't say he caught anything, but I have to give him points for his patience and ability to withstand the cold (water temp is around 42F).
