Nice set. Some comments:

#1 - really like this one, nice composition. To my eyes the snow looks a bit dull/gray?

#2 - I like the emptiness, and in my mind I am waiting for a polar bear to show up:)

#3 - very good pattern.

My favorite pet peeve: gray snow (#1). The other two, wonderful!

Not sure how to treat snow in b&w. We might agree that it is white under a noon sun, black at midnight, and even that it is gray at dusk under heavy cloud, as in this case? Also, note the difference in brightness between the snow of the rock and the snow to the left. Either of these whitened will leave the other something else.

Colour images, as in #2, seem to avoid the expectation of white.
