Can I ask arch shooters what software are people using for correcting yaw, pitch and roll? I have been using Photoshop but seem to remember someone mentioning that the specialist pano software is better. I have tried Hugin but it seems to want a second image to generate any changes but I only need to work on individual images.
Hi KP,
AFAIK you can adjust the Yaw/Pitch/Roll of a single image in Hugin. Just load it and in the fast panorama preview (move/drag tab) select image '0' or 'All' and set the numerical values, and/or drag the image.
To adjust for keystoning in a single image, just add 'vertical' control point types with one end in the left-hand preview, and the second end on the right-hand preview of the same image (the control point type is shown as vert. Line). Add multiple (at least 2 control point pairs are needed for keystone correction, otherwise it just rotates to vertical) vertical control points for different positions/sides of the image, and do the same for horizontal control points.
Cheers,
Bart
