Mamiya 26mm f/4.5 Rectilinear Lens???
« on: October 13, 2014, 11:13:19 pm »

Was doing some reading about Rectilinear lenses (particularly Nikon 13mm f/5.6 and 15mm f/3.5 lenses) and of course my mind wandered to if there were any medium format rectilinear lenses (because that would be cool) and I read about a rumored, yet possibly not released Mamiya 26mm f/4.5 Rectilinear lens, and I was wondering if anyone has heart tell of / seen / or used this lens? Any thoughts? Best,

The canon ts-e 17mm and 24mm are rectilinear and give crazy perspectives on an MF back, you just have to find a good mounting option.

"Rectilinear" is what most lenses are: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rectilinear_lens
