Overall, I like the various tones of the picture. However, I think the black border is distracting. In stead I would recommend using very subtle vignette to keep the eyes focused on the main elements of the picture.

To me it is a lovely photo, conveying the homeliness feeling among the "wilderness". I also like the contrast between the main house, and the small shed on the left.

Nice image! I like the b/w range and composition of the shot. I guess I would have reduced the sepia toning a bit, but that's a personal preference. I'm ambivalent about the black border.
