framing point driver

hope this isn't too far off topic but I know several of you frame. I occasionally frame my work, enough that I want a pneumatic driver, not enough that I want a $399 one. has anyone used this:

any thoughts on it? where do you even buy your pneumatic point drivers? seems like sources are few and far between.

For what you want to do, it is overkill. Here is all I have ever used in my store.





It costs around $85 on Amazon but probably less at United manufacturers.

United manufacturers sells tools and such even to occasional framers such as yourself. Google them.

Pneumatic drivers are best when you are doing high quantity production work.

I use the same gun, Fletcher points are great and I have never had any pull out or loosen. 

One gun will last forever with normal use.  I have worked with pneumatic only when working a 100's of frames at a time, as here the pneumatic is just easier on your hands.

Ditto. Same Fletcher gun. One green one for flexible points and black one for rigid.

Mind you I am at the point now where a compressor one would be nice also. If you have the compressor go for it.
