I just posted something that appears to be clocked in GMT! I thought Toronto was on EST.

You can select whatever time zone you like. Click the "My Controls" link at the top of the page, then click "Board Settings" in the column at the left (under "Options"), then you can pick a time zone and click the "Change my account options" button.
