Or you can get a Mac and enjoy its Reader View (with just one click):
There's a ton of useful info here on LuLa, and I hope it will be possible to make each article, review, etc. available as a printable PDF with black text on a white background..... Plus, the web site's white text on black background is, to be honest, unpleasant and more difficult to read (lots of studies on this, e.g. http://trevellyan.biz/graphic-design-discussion-how-color-and-contrast-affect-readability-2/). It would not be much of a task to make such a PDF available to readers who would prefer it. Thanks.
I'm dyslexic, and serif fonts are a nightmare, as is justified text. So I'll always argue for text that is aligned left & in a sans serif font such as Arial or Helvetica.
Another option for Windows is Readability, which has a plugin for firefox and chrome and "bookmarklets" for other browsers too.www.readability.com
I was going to suggest Readability for the PC, but Francisco beat me to it. So there's no need to lower yourself (or spend big bucks) on a Mac.
Seems a shame to miss such a good opportunity for self-improvement, though, Eric. Jeremy
