Taken in central Illinois just outside of Bloomington at Moraine View State Park.
Canon 6D, Canon 24-70 f/2.8 L - ISO 5000, f/2.8, 15s

I like it as well. We just don't get that kind of sky where I am. There's too much light pollution. Sigh, but did manage a relatively decent iteration last night as the cold front blew most of the other air pollution out to sea.

Really lovely, and good post processing. Nice to know that the skies are decently dark up there in Normal/Bloomington area. This weekend I may sample the skies downstate in LaRue-Pine Hills research area at Shawnee Natl Forest - I am going for the snake migration (

) , but if skies are clear in the evening, so much the merrier.
