I rate it Near Mint 9.5+/10. I always took very good care of it.
Very sharp like new lens, very lightly used, no scratches, no wear on the barrel nor front element. Glass is clear, no dust nor fungus. Tiny wear marks on the rear flange element, will have no affect on use or optical quality.
A great macro lens with wide aperture for Pentax APS-C SLR cameras!!
