Canon rumours have a 24mmf2.8 STM , a 24-100ish variable aperture zoom ( assume a cheap ff kit zoom) and ...

...a 400 DO mkII cough cough...

I imagine canon need a replacement 45tse soon, but many other lenses need reworking.

A good 50 for one, the 100-400mk2, 135f2.0 IS, 24mmf1.4L , the 35 could probably do with a refresh, and everyone expects an f2.8 ultrawide too.

I've been waiting for those new TS-Es too - since the 24 and the 17 came out. A year ago there were some reports on canon rumors that they would work on them. I'm a bit afraid that the pressure of the sigma arts series could have changed canons priorities - because the market for f1.4 primes is much bigger and canon must take care not to loose their reputation for fast primes. It would be a pity if that would delay a rework of the TS-E 45 (the 90 is quiet good in my opinion). Like you I hope to use the TS-Es on a 44x33mm-sensor someday - with Hcam, Alpa FPS or maybe a possible MF mirrorless camera that I dream of. On that chip the 45 would be equivalent to about 37mm or so.
