I like the exposure time, it is still possible to see the rocks underwater on the right hand side. Good photo.

This photo has some wonderful elements working to its advantage, particularly the long exposure and the "ghosting" of the water over the rocks in the mid ground.

I do see, however, two competing photographs that turn this into a bit if a back-and-forth tennis match (or I've watched too much of the US Open). There is detail on the left and the right with a swath of "empty" water and sand I between disrupting the natural flow of the photograph.

The foreground rocks on the left could play a more significant role in a similar composition shot from slightly to the left.their bright greens demand a closer look. The beautiful rocks in the upper right could also be a photo in itself.

I like it and the colors are simply beautiful, rich. I can see the two "sides" of the image mentioned by Terry but I think that the small rocks help to mitigate the issue. You might not have the luxury to reshot but this place a lot of potential.
Good job.

That place is very accessible for me, it's almost my Backyard. Will try some different shots. Thanks for seeing and commenting.
