I'm not sure how I have the temerity to post a bird shot in a forum frequented by Glenn, but here goes.

You might want to tame all those glaring highlights on leaves all around the bird, and perhaps open up the darkest parts of its plumage (though I think I already see some color noise there).

A fair point about the highlights (nothing's blown, but I may have overdone the contrast between the bird and the foliage). I daren't open up the plumage any more: you're right about the noise. It was taken at ISO 3200, which is a bit noisy on my old 5D2.
