Flexbody - Phase One P20+
« on: August 19, 2014, 10:19:43 am »

I'm sorry. I do not speak English.
Excuse me!
A few years ago I bought from you the following material.
- OneShot Cable Release for all Phase One Digital Backs: Wide OneShot Cable Release PHA-001W
- Multi Shot & Long Exposure: PHA-001MS

Unfortunately, I never managed to get a photograph.
I tried different possibilities, but unfortunately I can not.
I am a little 'disappointed.
I would like to understand what mistake.

I wish I could be able to take pictures with
Hasselblad FlexBody - Phase One P20 +

Please. You can help.
Can you give me the correct procedure.
All the details. Even the most trivial information.
I received your instructions in English. I tried but does not work.

Thanks in advance for your patience and your willingness.

Thank you.
I managed to find a solution, thanks to Keith's Kapturegroup.

Now it remains to solve the problem of horizontal lines.

With regular exposure (1/500, 1/250, 1/60, ...) appear horizontal lines.
What is this?
You can solve this problem?

Many thanks

Hi, no problems if you don't speak english really well, reading english may be helpful.

My understanding is that you need:

1) A flexbody
2) A wakeup cable
3) A normal cable release

Steps:

1) You connect the wakeup cable to the sync connector on the lens and to the digital back
2) You connect the cable release to the Flexbody
3) Cock the lens by rotating the knob on the flexbody until it stops
4) Press the cable release "half way" so lens shutter closes
5) Press wakeup button on wakeup cable t wake the P45
6) Give the back something like two seconds to wake up and reset
7) Press the cable release all the way to make the exposure, within five seconds

Best regards
Erik

In case it helps, I have had no problems with a Flexbody and Leaf Aptus 17, 22 and 33 and Credo 60 backs. You just connect the back to the flash socket on the lens and there is no need for any wake-up procedures.

So maybe best to use a Leaf back.

Now, if you want a good Flexbody outfit, let me know.
