Is the Nikon D7100 able to mimic ND filters during photo capture?

Full size ND's or graduated NDs? I suspect the answer is no to both. A full size ND reduces the amount of light coming through the lens so you can use a larger aperture at a given shutter speed and ISO sensitivity setting for better subject resolution as opposed to stopping the lens way down or to do very long exposures, while a graduated ND blocks the light from a specified area of the scene.
