Light light black problem, Epson R3000
« on: August 05, 2014, 01:17:24 pm »

Hello,

I have a trouble with my Epson R3000 printer and would like to ask if there is anyone here has a remedy or solution suggestion for it.

Please see in the attchment called "light_light_black_R3000.jpg" which is a scan from a pure testing page, that there is a light line in the beginning of the printing of the page. This is only occuring in light light black.
This is happening even though the nozzle check is ok (see the other attchement).

Thank you.

Regards,

Hello Petur,

How long has this been happening?  Have you been experiencing this for a while or did it just start?  Your answer to these questions could be very important.  It's rather difficult to see, but I assume the third pattern from the right is supposed to be the Lt Lt Black, is that correct?  if that is the case you do have a gap in the pattern in the seventh line from the top, slightly right of centre.  Also one in the Lt Magenta, eighth row from the top, left edge.  Both of these together could possibly have caused this issue.
