Light Impressions - any news?

I recall a while back there were lots of posts about how this company was screwing up a lot, charging credit cards but not shipping, saying things were in stock when they weren't, and so on. Anyone know what the story is now? They carry a lot of useful things but I am leery of ordering unless things have changed for the better.
