Epson 3880 and Windows 8.1 64 bit

I can not print from windows 8.1 and my 3880. It freezes the computer when I go to Print in Photoshop CC
I have uninstalled both CC and drivers.
Any suggestions?
It did print from LR BUT it took a very longtime to start to print.
