Just when I was about to give up on printing canvas with my 3800 due to the almost impossible task of feeding the
material, I was greeted with a strange occurrence: while printing 17x22 canvas,
A print came out with a knot of canvas, about 1/8 inch dia nub, which evidently stopped the feed of the material just enough, or moved it away from the ink heads so that the remainder of the print was very faint.
Is there a procedure to clean the slot for possible debris??
Just about ready to get a roll style printer, or have my local shop do all my canvas (which would probably be cheaper)
