I noticed that the LLVJ issue 13 is ready, so I ordered a copy.
After filling in shipping and billing information I clicked on a button labeled "Purchase".

After that I got a page saying:

 Thank You

Welcome!

On credit card approval, your purchase allows you to Login to the Subscriber's area of the Luminous Landscape.

You may login to check your purchases or the status of your subscription to the Luminous Landscape Video Journal

Thank-you!

I never got to fill in CC data, so I doubt that the purchase got through properly. And where can I find this Subscriber's area where I can check the status of my purchase?

If you didn't get to the credit card screen then your order hasn't been placed.

The most likely cause is that you are behind a firewall. You might wish to try again from another computer.

It was Firefox. Redid it with IE, and it went through fine this time.

Ok, Now waiting for yet another fine LLVJ!

Is there a way to check our subscription to the VJ, or are  we notified in some way? I don't want to miss Vol 14.

Contact Steven Suave (synthguy@sympatico.ca), he handles customer service for the LLVJ.  He'll let you know your status and anything else that needs to be done.

I checked with him last month to check my subscriber status and update my cc information and Steven was very helpful.
