power cleaning epson 3880

hi : does anybody know if power cleaning an an epson 3880 cleans both PK and Mk Channels at the same time or do you need to switch and repeat .I am currently setting up Piezo inks so the chances of spotting the difference in OEM MK and Piezo MK is small.
