Maybe they realized that they need to include support for the EOS 5D?

I just had to answer "no" to a friend in Singapore who got his EOS 5D (yes, the production camera), since he wanted to share some RAW files with me.

Canon hasn't released the DPP 2.0 update yet, either.

Hah, good friend, he sent me the update from the Canon digital camera solutions disk.

Now I'll just wait for his RAW images from this weekend's shoot. I'll remember to ask his permission to post representative samples here, or on my web site, if people are interested.

(And I'll make double sure to fiddle a bit with that camera when I meet up with him in a week!)
