I'm in the process of cleaning out my "extras" that aren't getting used, and this is definitely on that list.
Works great, I used it with an H25 digital back(sold the back, now just have the adapter).
Package includes the V-mount rotating adapter plate(non-stitching version) and one-shot box w/ cables.
Everything shows signs of use, but it's all still fully working and certainly DOESN'T look like a truck ran over it, but there are a few rub marks/light scratches here and there.
Asking $600, shipped in the USA, but open to hearing fair offers.
