Printing multiple 4x6 images on a roll using lightroom print module

I want to print out 40 -60 4x6 different images on a roll either 24 or 17 width using a epson 7900 and printing from lightroom.
My question is how do I set up a template to do this or can I do it some other way?
I know how to lay out the images in photoshop using a new sheet size and pasting the images onto it but several people say that the print pipeline is better in lightroom so I wanted to give it a try, also want to print several 8.5 x 11 and 12 x 16 so suggestions welcome.

Hi,
You can create print templates in Lightroom. Once you have them you can insert your images, one by one, into the templates.
