custom icc profile into mac os mavericks ?

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to get a custom profile into the latest mac operating system and PS CC ?
I've been instructed to follow the path 'users/library/colorsync/profiles' but I can't figure out how to do that.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Your user library probably is not showing. Click on your desktop, hold down the option key and click on the Go menu at the top of your screen. Under the icon of your house you should now see Library, then follow the path that you have listed and put your profile there.
